POOL RENTAL - Closed for Winter

Day Parties during normal operation hours are booked in 4-hour increments. The earliest party starting at 1:00pm. Set up is 15 minutes before start time.

Party rentals are not available on the following Holidays/Dates:
~ Easter ~ Memorial Day ~ July 4th ~ Labor Day
~ May 31st, June `4th & 28th, July 26th Swim Team Home Meet ~ July 12th & 13nd Swim Team CHAMPS
Additional days may also be unavailable for Club activities - Please see Club Calendar

After hour night parties available for up to 100 people, please submit a request for more details.

Please submit a Party Reservation Request to the Party Coordinator using the form below. Once the date of the Rental has been approved an invoice and contract will be emailed. Payment is due 7 days from invoice date.

If Rental is requested with less than 7 days notice, with availability, all fees must be paid prior to rental date and is not refundable. Requests made with less than 7 days notice may not have sufficient time to process and are likely to be denied.

All membership dues and outstanding fees must be paid prior to rental request.

** No 100 person parties on Weekends Day Parties
~Save The Date - 2 weeks or more $100 Deposit that will be applied to party price
~ Rental Fee & Security Deposit must be paid 2 weeks prior to secure date.
~Security Deposit is $350 for Day Parties & $500 for Night Parties - Used for but not limited to Extra Garbage, Cleaning fees & Damages
Party Requests may not get a response till 2024 as we are closed for the season. Thank You
