HELPFUL TIPS TO MAKE SWIM LESSONS FUN!
What to bring with you for swim lessons: swimsuit, towel, goggles, sunblock, water bottle
All parents (or anyone dropping off swimmer) must sit on the grass area by the BBQ. If you are a club member and swimming, you must stay in the free swim area and not disturb the classes.
On the first day of lessons, the Head Lifeguard(s) will be evaluating your swimmer to make sure they are placed in the appropriate level/class. Please remember; they are WSI (Water Safety Instruction) Certified with the American Red Cross and know where your child should be placed.
At the beginning of every class, swimmers will sit at the shallow end of the pool and wait to be called to class. Parents are not allowed to sit with the swimmers.
Please do not interrupt swim lessons by talking to the swim instructor or your swimmer. If you have any concerns, please talk to the Head Lifeguard(s) after class.
HAVE FUN!
